Staunton & Corse Community Hub supports the application for the proposed development in the field adjacent to The Swan, in the village of Staunton.
The proposal was discussed with us, and our views on improvements to The Swan were taken in to consideration. The proposal includes continued use of The Swan as a Community Hub and secures it's future for the whole community.

The planning application includes significant improvements for The Swan which would result in more energy efficient building, helping to sustain the long term viability of the Community Hub.
​
In addition, the extra residents that this development will bring should increase our customer footfall as well as potential volunteers, again helping to safeguard the future of the Hub.

We are convinced that a successful planning outcome will have a positive impact on the future of The Swan and the Community Hub.

Staunton & Corse Community Hub
We opened our doors in June 2022 and we are a registered community benefit society. We are totally reliant on the support and dedication of a very small team of volunteers, who give up their free time to provide a service to the community. Therefore we cannot always guarantee fixed opening and closing times.
We will make every effort to commit to core opening times. Unless we are ale to provide a quality service, we would rather not open.
If you are able to spare only 2 hours each week to join our family of volunteers.

Fridays 5.30pm to 10.30pm
Last Orders at the bar 10.00pm

Currently we have visiting food vans or special events
on a Friday evening. Food on a Saturday evening is only available for special events - please contact us to discuss your requirements.
About Us
Staunton & Corse Community Hub is a Community Benefit society which is completely volunteer led - offering a licensed cafe, bar, restaurant and venue for events, group activities, courses and private functions; for the use, benefit and enjoyment of those who live and work in Staunton and Corse and surrounding villages. All of our lunches are made to order, we also sell a wide range of beverages and snacks for your enjoyment. Your dietary requirements are important to us, please ask we will be happy to help.
